Kids released in 1996 written and directed by Larry Clark is about an ammoral boy Telly, who only likes sex with virgins. Paradoxically he does not know that he has HIV. Jennie his one time girlfriend does as she has been told that she has the virus, so she spends most of the film looking for Telly to tell him the news.
This film shows these "Kids" as the pits. One of Telly's gang steals money from his hard up mother. Casper, another gang member beats up a man he thinks has disrespected him, and rapes Jennie at the end of this nihilistic film.
